The Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut, in partnership with Saint Joseph College, offers professional development programs for HR professionals.    

HR Professional Certificate - An engaging and dynamic professional development program designed for current HR practitioners who wish to advance their careers and for new college graduates or career changers.   This program consists of 5 courses and a capstone course designed to be attained in as little as 2 semesters.
  
HR Certification Study Prep Course - This program is an overview of HR core competencies utilizing the SHRM Learning System, and prepares students to sit for the PHR or SPHR certification.
