ABOUT OUR SPEAKER

David Ulrich studies how organizations build capabilities of speed, learning, collaboration, accountability, talent and leadership through leveraging human capital.

He is the partner and co-founder of The RBL Group and a professor of business at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.

A recipient of many awards and recognition from the HR and business communities, David has written over 100 articles and has authored several well-known books about Strategic HR.
