If I Could Turn Back Time . . . Getting Workplace Harassment Investigations Right

Join HRACC for an opportunity to conduct a workplace harassment investigation with ZERO risk!

Conversations are happening nationwide regarding harassment at work, with scandals surfacing daily involving a wide range of industries and government entities. It is imperative that employers, both large and small, understand when and how to conduct workplace investigations.

Attendees will have the chance to experience the initial stages of a hypothetical workplace problem that should give rise to an investigation and practice responding to harassment allegations, including identifying key issues and creating a plan of action to investigate and resolve complaints.

As part of an interactive workshop, our speakers will role play the initial major phases of the workplace investigation process based on a hypothetical scenario with the audience helping to identify and analyze the issues presented.

6:30 PM –  Presentation begins
8:00 PM –  Presentation concludes
