“Executive Presence is the art of creating impactful moments and experiences to quickly gain and sustain credibility, influence, and trust in the eyes of others.”

Leadership success often hinges upon the ability to communicate effectively, command respect, and persuade a team to follow. We’ve all witnessed that moment when a leader walks into a room and instantly attracts intense, positive attention. The air shifts. Heads turn. People gravitate toward them in the conversation circle. In short, they have a “wow” factor and that wow factor is called “Executive Presence.”

In this interactive session, we will:
- Define and understand Executive Presence
- Measure our confidence levels using an on-line self-assessment
- Learn the 4 elements of the Executive Presence model
- Acquire tools to create an action plan to enhance our own Executive Presence
