Money isn’t always the best motivator.  How do various employers build incentives to attract, engage and retain talent – beyond compensation?  Have you wanted to start a program at your organization, but are not sure where to begin?  When ramping up a program, should you take into consideration generational difference, and to your mission, vision and values?  Are some incentives subject to, or prohibited by, law?

In this highly interactive session, we will focus on creative ways to compensate employees both from a monetary and a non-monetary perspective. We invite each of you to bring and share YOUR stories and examples of incentive rewards/awards that you have encountered, or would like to implement.
