2018 BENEFIT STRATEGIES & TRENDS

 

In this session, we have partnered with Lockton Companies Northeast to share the results of their recent 2018 Survey of Benefits Strategies and Trends.  

Join us for breakfast to hear the latest strategies, based upon survey results, that local employers are using to:

-reduce employer and employee costs
-assist employees with their overall health and financial well-being

Also:

- how HR can help employees effectively manage their own benefits
- best-in-class recommendations for a multi-generational workforce
- trends in consumer directed healthcare plans, parental leave and more
- employee engagement strategies being used (and those not recommended)

OUR SPEAKER

Ami Shah is a Senior Strategist for Lockton’s Northeast series.  In this role, she is responsible for working with the account team and client to establish a multi-year strategic road map.

Ami has more than 20 years experience assisting clients from various industries with their group health and welfare programs.  She is adept at designing, implementing and leading strategic initiatives in all aspects of health and welfare, wellness, merger and acquisition due diligence, employee communications and labor relations.  She is recognized for her leadership abilities and exceptional business acumen that focuses on measurable, sustainable, and continuous improvement.
