We live in a world of mass customization – consider the Amazon experience. You can use the lessons learned in the marketing arena to more effectively reach your organization's critical market - your employees. Marketers create a strategic plan for winning customers. How does seeing your employees as customers help you change behaviors and achieve your objectives? Would a strategy help?
