Debbie Goldbarth is Global Master Facilitator and Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison and has been helping professionals achieve their potential for over 15 years.  Prior to LHH, Debbie worked at several global organizations, including Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts and Staples Corporation. She has designed and developed a wide variety of online and onsite training programs for emerging leaders and seasoned professionals.  Debbie is well-known for her strategic business expertise, high performance training design and delivery for global audiences, executive coaching, and leadership development.  Debbie has a MA degree in HR Management from Webster University, holds an SPHR certification, and has been certified in numerous career management programs.
