MENTORING:  5 STEPS TO LAUNCHING A PROGRAM
NOTE:  You must be age 21 or older to attend this event

Do you want to build a culture of continuous learning in your organization? Mentoring is a great way to pass on knowledge as an organization grows, shifts and moves into new markets.  

With five generations in the workplace there is a tremendous amount to be learned from each other. For Millennials in particular, working with a mentor tends to build a stronger connection to the organization and may enhance engagement and retention. An active mentoring program aids in helping employees appreciate the differences that each generation brings to the workplace.

If you have a program in place today, we’ll want to hear your successes, challenges and best practices. If you’re thinking about launching a program, this interactive session will explore 5 steps you can take to initiate mentoring in your organization.
