Hiring new employees can be labor intensive and costly. At the end of the day each hire is a leap of faith. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a partner in this process that cannot only assist you in finding the right candidates for your business needs but also can help you diversify your workforce?   We would like to share programs and incentives offered through the State of Connecticut with you demonstrating cost effective ways to hire new employees and utilize available State resources and training.
