A moderated panel will share different perspectives of how mental health disorders impact businesses in the U.S.  We’ll hear from an author sharing personal stories of her experiences with a family member with mental health disorders, an HR manager’s experience in coaching leaders through mental health accommodations and performance management, and a mental health first aid instructor sharing strategies on how employers can promote awareness and strategies for managing mental health and stress in the workplace.

Learning Objectives:

  • Better understand the impact of mental health disorders and stressors in the workplace

  • Take away some basics on how to identify and respond to signs of mental health disorders

  • Learn some tips for helping leaders manage employees with mental health disorders
