Tamara is Regional Senior HR Consultant with Gallagher’s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Tamara has more than 25 years of HR and consulting experience in the financial services, transportation and pharma industries.  She has led strategic and tactical delivery of HR services for complex, cross-functional projects as part of M&A, integration, restructuring and change management initiatives. She has provided consultation, effective recommendations and support to companies in the areas of HCM strategy and execution, HR policy, process & system design, compensation, total rewards, performance management, talent management strategies, and communication strategy and deployment.

Kalyn is a Managing Director within the Human Resources Consulting and Compensation Practice of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc.  Human Resources and a thriving Company Culture are passions for Kalyn. Her ability to translate the challenges of her clients and streamline them into a strategic plan enables her to make an immediate impact within their organizations.
