ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Andy Thiede believes that her memberships in the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut and SHRM have significantly contributed to her career success. She has been a member of both organizations for more than 20 years. With a passion for Human Resources, and a desire to give back to the profession, Andy created this scholarship to help offset the expense of certification for a fellow HRACC or SHRM-WC member.
Andy (Andrea) Thiede is an HR Consultant with KardasLarson LLC, and HRACC’s Director of Chapter Operations. In addition to these roles, she serves as Treasurer of the SMA of Southern New England SHRM chapter, Associate Treasurer of the Connecticut SHRM State Council, Treasurer for the Tri-State SHRM Conference, and Chapter Administrator for the SHRM Western CT chapter.
